Urban SDK Partners With Shoreline

Urban SDK is pleased to announce its partnership with the City of Shoreline, Washington, to tackle public speeding concerns through data-driven solutions. This collaboration represents a significant step forward in Shoreline's commitment to holistically and equitably monitor roadways, with the primary goal of increasing measurable benefits for all roadway users.

"We're pleased to add Shoreline as a valued customer," said Urban SDK AVP of Revenue Micah Dickman. "From our first conversation it was evident that Urban SDK could benefit their Neighborhood Traffic Safety Program, and help officials address safety concerns more expeditiously."

Shoreline adjusted their 20+ year Traffic Safety Program in the spring of 2020, allowing for better resource allocation across the Public Works Departments.

By leveraging data from Urban SDK, officials will be able to quickly identify high rates of speed on their roadways and address any citizen concerns in rapid fashion. Officials will also be able to see traffic volumes on all local roads, giving better visibility to the capacity of the city's roadways.
