Urban SDK has been named one of the top workplaces in Jacksonville, Florida.

The Jacksonville Business Journal (JBJ) has named Urban SDK one of the best places to work in Northeast Florida.

JBJ surveyed employees from across the First Coast and compiled results with their partner, Quantum Workplace, to determine the region's top workplace cultures.

Per their release:

"This program measures a wide range of research-validated workplace factors that impact employee engagement and satisfaction. Best Places to Work foster a workplace where employees willingly go above and beyond in their work, advocate for the organization and intend to stay into the future."

Urban SDK scored 97.65 out of a possible 100 points on the scoring rubric.

Benefits and engagement

Urban SDK's benefits ranked 23 points higher than companies of its size (small, 10-49 employees) in the region, including other finalists for Best Places to Work.

Benefits provided to Urban SDK employees include: insurance (medical, dental, vision), managed 401(k) plans, unlimited PTO, a hybrid work environment, and salaries competitive to the software industry nationwide.

The company also pays for lunches each day, and gives employees two weeks of mandatory vacations (outside their PTO) in the form of summer and winter breaks.
