About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Urban Planner to oversee technical customer support, product training, and the integration of customer feedback into product roadmap. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with product management, sales, customer support, and QA teams to develop, implement, and manage effective processes. The successful candidate will attend customer meetings to provide technical support and gather customer feedback, ensuring our products meet and exceed client expectations.

About You

You are an experienced urban planner, civil engineer, or transportation planner. You have experience working for a municipality as a consultant or internal staff in public works, transportation, transit or traffic engineering. You thrive in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams in product, customer support, sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Technical Support: Oversee Technical Support, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer issues and attend customer meetings to provide technical support, when needed.

  • Manage Product Training: Plan and conduct Internal Product Training sessions for staff and clients.

  • Manage Customer Feedback: Integrate customer feedback into product usage metrics and feature development.

  • Services Support: Expected to provide internal support conducting technical geospatial and planning analysis in support of services deliverables.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of GIS, Urban Planning, or Civil Engineering experience.
  • Must be familiar with basic GIS software suites (ESRI Arcmap, or QGIS).
  • Must demonstrate experience writing and submitting technical Urban Planning, or Civil Engineering reports.

We are hiring a client facing Business Analytics Consultant to join our product team. Business analytics consultants are responsible for technical consulting and enterprise system integration for Enterprise customer IT and business stakeholders.

Product Managers work with their clients to define success, detail product requirements, align stakeholders, and plan project deliverable timelines and budget. This role works side by side with the client and engineering leads to deliver AI, Business Analytics and Data Management solutions.  

Day to day you will be interfacing with clients, C-Suite IT and Business Stakeholders to build enterprise applications in data analytics and AI.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years experience as a consultant or product manager managing resources, timelines and budget to deliver large enterprise system integration, software application development, business intelligence, and analytics.
